Booster Club BBQ Pulled Pork Plate Fundraiser

Everyone please make a strong effort to participate in the HA Booster Club’s July fundraiser.  Ask your coworkers, friends, and family members if they would like to purchase a plate.  10 orders, and we will deliver!  Don't forget the Booster Club Meeting at 6:30p.m. July 14th! 

    

Football 2014 T-Shirt

Shirts are $15.00 each and will be in before Meet the Rebels.  If you would like to place an order, mail a check to the address below with the total amount.  Include sizes, and numbers of shirts.  All orders must be placed before August 5^th.   Order forms are available in the school office as well.

Work Day 2014

The annual school wide work day was a complete success with the help of willing volunteers.  Placing new ceiling tile, in the cafeteria, greatly improved the ambiance.  There will be another work day, July 26, 2014, so please plan to attend.  The 2014 football and softball schedules are posted on the website under schedules, forms, and directions.  You may also view the update, school calendar as well.

Rebel Blog Update

The 2013-2014 school year is off to a great start!  Students are settling into a routine and are being challenged academically.  Many of you may have heard about our new communication tool, homeworknow.  If you have not created a homeworknow account, you may do so by following the instructions below.   

What is Homeworknow?

-       Classroom to home communications from all faculty and staff

-       School wide communications and backpack notices designed to lessen paper use, and provide instant information to parents and students.

How do I sign up for a free account?

1.  Log on to www.homeworknow.com
2.  Click on Login and select student/parent login.
3.  Under let’s get started, enter your email address, and click sign me
     up.
4.  Once you have created an account, select Heidelberg Academy as
     new school. 
5.  Select class/teacher, coach, or other Heidelberg Academy staff

     you wish to receive communications from throughout the year
     school year.

6.  Customize your means of information reception by installing

     Homeworknow Apps from Android, Apple product, and Facebook.

Once you have created an account, you will automatically receive school wide alerts and notifications. Parents and students may also access their Homeworknow from Heidelberg Academy’s webpage after creating an account.

For those unable to attend last weeks Open House, the PTO Wishing Tree is located in the school lobby and still has several “wishes” hanging on it.  The PTO needs your help!  There is something for everyone to do, and all talents will be used and appreciated.  To volunteer with the PTO, contact Kerrie at

Football season is in full swing! The Rebels are off to a great start with two wins under their belt.  Come out and support our football team, and coaches, Friday at Wayne Academy.  The Lady Rebels continue to march their way to a State Championship Title.  Download football and softball schedules off the school website at www.heidelbergacademyinc.com.  Times and dates change occasionally, so verify schedule accuracy.
